► 10 days from Fes to desert and Marrakech
Day 1: Arrival in Fes
Welcome and transfer to your riad in the medina. If you arrive in the morning you will enjoy a guided tour of the medina with a local guide.
Day 2: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Erg Chebbi
Breakfast at the hotel in Fez, then we will head to the desert of Merzouga. passing through the city of Ifrane and Azrou, here we can stop to feed the monkeys, after that we will continue the road to the city of Midelt; located in the Middle Atlas; known for its cultivation of apples. We will stop there for lunch. In the afternoon, our desert journey will continue to cross the Ziz Valley. Arrived in Arfoud, we will head directly to Merzouga, dinner and overnight in a hotel near the dunes.
Day 3: Erg Chebbi Sahara Desert
Breakfast and we will explore the desert of Merzouga. We will visit the nomads in their tents then we will go to Taouz to see the rock carvings, then we will continue to Hamlia to taste a Berber pizza and see the music and the dance of the gnoaua. Then you leave on the back of a camel to spend the night in the dunes of Erg Chebbi. You will admire the sunset over the dunes, attend a music show of Berber drums. Dinner around the campfire. Sleep under the stars in the tents of the Berber camp.
Day 4: Merzouga – Erfoud – Touroug – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
After the spectacle of the sunrise in the Sahara, you will have your breakfast and we will leave on the back of dromedaries towards Merzouga, our journey will continue towards Rissani to visit the large market of Tafilalt and the mausoleum of Molay Ali chrif Alaoui, we will pass then towards Erfoud, and Touroug we will join the Todra gorges. Lunch and continuation via Tinghir to Boumalne dades, stop to take pictures of the Dades valley. Continuation to the Dades Gorges where you will spend the night with dinner in a hotel.
Day 5: Dades Gorges – Valley of Roses – Ouarzazate – Ait ben haddou
We will follow the Dades valley towards Kelaa Mgouna where you will visit a cooperative of rose wells, then we will continue towards Skoura here you will visit the Amridil kasbah, then we will pass Ouarzazate to take photos in front of the Taourirte kasbah, continue towards the studios of movie theater. From there, we will reach the village of Ait ben haddou where we will spend the night in a hotel with dinner.
Day 6: Aït ben haddou – Marrakech
After your breakfast, your local guide will take you to discover the famous kasbah, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the visit our trip will take us to Marrakech, we stop at Telouet to visit the Kasbah of Glaoui. from there we will cross the high atlas to reach Marrakech. Night in a riad in the medina.
Day 7: Marrakech tour guided
Your local guide will accompany you to start the visit of Marrakech. You will explore all the historical monuments of the Medina, such as the Ben Yousserf school, the Bahia and Badi palaces, the Jewish quarter, the Saadian tombs, the Menara gardens.
Night in your Riad.
Day 8: Marrakech – Essaouira
We leave for Essaouira after your breakfast. We stop along the way at an argan oil cooperative to see how the women extract oil from argan nuts. Continue to Essaouira. Visit the medina and the port of Sakala to take beautiful photos. Dinner and night in a riad.
Day 9: Essaouira – Casablanca – Rabat – Meknes – Fes
We transfer you to Fes after your breakfast in your riad. let’s go through Casablanca: visit hassan II mosque – Rabat: visit Hssan tour. Meknes: visit Molay Ismail Mausoleum. We take you to your accommodation.
Day 10: Departure
Transfer to Fes airport.
