► Itinerary 3 days desert tour from Fes:

DAY 1 : FEZ – IFRANE – AZROU – MIDELT – MERZOUGA

The first day of the three days tour from Fes and come back will be devoted to travel via Ifran, Azrou, and Midelt towards Merzouga. This tour will begin in early morning after having your breakfast in the hotel. On your road you will be exposed to various beautiful panoramic views and have pauses in Ifran, Azrou, and Midelt to rest, explore the places, and to take some lovely pictures. You will also drive via the Ziz Valley which is the home of palm trees to reach your destination, Merzouga. Once you are in Merzouga, we will welcome you by a cup of mint tea in your hotel/Riad will you will spend the night.

DAY 2 : MERZOUGA DESERT

This day will be devoted to explore Merzouga’s area. First, you will head to Khamlia where you will visit an Amazigh family, and listen to Gnawa music. Later on, you will be taken to explore some old mines, Amazigh camps and the Oasis of palm trees. Once it is time for lunch, you will head back to Merzouga and enjoy a delicious meal. Afterwards, you will ride camels throughout the dunes where you will watch the sunset while camel trekking, and spend the night in a nomad camp in the heart of the desert.

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA DESERT – FES

The third day of your tour will be from Merzouga to Fes, and will start in early morning. The sunrise is one of the beautiful things to watch in the heart of the desert, therefore, you will have to wake up in early morning to chase the moment and enjoy its beauty. Later on you will head back on camel to the hotel where you will have a moment to rest before starting a journey towards Fes. While you are driving towards Fes, you will pass by the amazing valley ZIZ, and allow your eyes to dive, and get immersed in the greatness of the Atlas Mountain, and Tizi N Tlghamt, until you reach Midelt where you will have your lunch, and continue to the Cedar forests in Azrou, and from there via Ifran to Fes.
