A 4-day, 3-night desert adventure, including 2 days of trekking through the Moroccan Sahara.
This dune-focused itinerary leads you to the spectacular dunes of Erg Zahar, also known as the “singing dunes.”

This easy-to-intermediate trek includes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours of walking per day, making it suitable for most fitness and hiking levels.

Enjoy 3 unforgettable nights in the desert:

• 1 night in a comfortable fixed desert camp
• 2 nights in a traditional nomadic camp, under tents or beneath the stars

A perfect short escape offering a beautiful introduction to the many landscapes and atmospheres of the Moroccan desert.

The route follows ancient caravan trails once used by desert nomads and traders, with a return journey by 4×4 from the area near Erg Zahar.

Practical Information

• Departures and returns are possible from Marrakech, Agadir, Ouarzazate, and Zagora.
• You may also join the tour directly in Mhamid El Ghizlane.
• Flexible itineraries are possible, with departure from one city and return to another.

Accommodation

The first night takes place in a comfortable fixed camp located 10 km from Mhamid El Ghizlane, surrounded by dunes and far from crowds. The camp also features a traditional hammam.

The following nights are spent in nomadic camps between the dunes:

• Private tent
• Double tent
• Family tent
• Collective tent
• Or sleeping under the stars

Meals

Freshly prepared meals are included throughout the trip:

• Mixed salads for lunch
• Traditional tajines for dinner
• Tea served regularly during the day

Mineral water is provided during short treks.

Camel Caravan

Camels transport the camp equipment and personal luggage throughout the trek.
