As you approach Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Africa,” the landscape transforms into wide desert plains dotted with ancient kasbahs. Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Dades Valley – Gorge Valley
After breakfast, the journey continues through the stunning Skoura Oasis before entering the fragrant Rose Valley, famous for its damascene rose products and traditional kasbahs. The road winds deeper into the High Atlas foothills as you reach Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations and lush riverbanks. You will then continue toward the Gorge Valley, where towering canyon walls create one of the most spectacular natural landscapes in Morocco. Enjoy the surrounding scenery and spend the night in a charming local guesthouse.

Today’s route is filled with adventure as you leave Dades Valley and head toward Todgha Valley, a lush oasis surrounded by towering limestone cliffs. The Todgha Gorges offer breathtaking views and incredible photo opportunities. From here, the journey becomes more rugged as you drive through the dramatic landscapes of Tizi n’Tazazert, one of the wildest and most picturesque passes in the Anti-Atlas. Descending into the heart of the Jebel Saghro region, you reach Bab N’Ali, famous for its twin rock pillars rising majestically from the desert floor. Dinner and overnight in a peaceful desert lodge

This day is dedicated to relaxation and exploration in the serene region of Bab N’Ali. Surrounded by unique volcanic formations and lunar-like landscapes, you can enjoy a guided trek through canyons, palm groves, and rocky plateaus. It is an ideal opportunity to connect with nature, discover local Berber culture, and enjoy the tranquility of this hidden gem. Spend the rest of the day relaxing at your accommodation, enjoying the silence and vastness of the desert.

After breakfast, the journey continues through the charming village of Nkob, known for its numerous kasbahs and panoramic views of the Saghro Mountains. The road leads you to the Draa Valley, Morocco’s longest date-palm valley, stretching along a verdant ribbon of oases toward Zagora. After a short break in Zagora, you continue toward Mhamid, the gateway to the Sahara. From here, an off-road adventure takes you across sandy tracks and desert plains to reach Erg Chegaga, one of the most spectacular and untouched dune fields in Morocco. Enjoy a camel ride at sunset and spend the night in a nomadic desert camp under a star-filled sky.

Wake up early to witness a magical sunrise over the dunes. This day is dedicated to exploring the vast Chegaga dunes on foot or by camel. You can enjoy a desert trek across golden landscapes, learn about nomadic traditions, or simply relax in the peaceful silence of the Sahara. Lunch will be served at the camp, and the afternoon is free to unwind, admire the landscapes, or climb the dunes for panoramic views. Dinner and overnight in your desert camp.

After breakfast, you leave the dunes and cross Lake Iriqui and the desert plains toward Foum Zguid, where you rejoin the paved road. The journey continues through the Anti-Atlas Mountains until you arrive at the legendary Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most iconic fortified villages. Spend the afternoon exploring its ancient alleys, earthen architecture, and panoramic viewpoints. Overnight in a charming kasbah near the site.

On your final day, you travel back to Agadir through scenic mountain roads and ever-changing landscapes. Enjoy your last moments taking in Morocco’s diversity, from rocky plateaus to fertile valleys.
